Position Overview:

The Solar Electrical Superintendent is responsible for overseeing electrical work on solar construction sites, ensuring proper installation and compliance with codes and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise electrical teams in the installation of solar panels, inverters, and wiring.
• Ensure adherence to electrical codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues as they arise.
• Maintain project documentation and reports.
• Coordinate with other construction disciplines to ensure smooth operations.

What You Bring (Your Skills & Experience)

• A track record of Electrical experience is needed.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in solar or electrical construction.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, local codes, and industry standards.
• Leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic thinker with a tactical mindset. You can see the big picture and also execute the details.
• Results-driven. You measure success in revenue, not activity.
• Strong communicator and team player. Sales and marketing must be aligned, and you'll play a key role in making that happen
• Thick-skinned and relentless. If you need a lot of hand-holding or get discouraged easily, this isn't the right fit.
